x_y_axis_not_moving
Problem: X-axis motor not moving but Y-axis good. Or, Y-axis not moving and X-axis OK.
Solution:
Please follow below procedure to check:
- Power off printer, remove power plug
- Open bottom cover
- Swap X and Y axis motor connector
- Power on, enter Monitor menu
- Check if X and Y axis moving using manual function
- If problem motor changed, means stepper driver in motherboard fault. If same motor not moving, means connection of motor have problem.
