Problem: X-axis motor not moving but Y-axis good. Or, Y-axis not moving and X-axis OK.

Solution:

Please follow below procedure to check:

1. Power off printer, remove power plug
2. Open bottom cover
3. Swap X and Y axis motor connector
4. Power on, enter Monitor menu
5. Check if X and Y axis moving using manual function
6. If problem motor changed, means stepper driver in motherboard fault. If same motor not moving, means connection of motor have problem.
